Full Description

I'm planning to continue adding features to this, but right now the only difference from normal Token Keno is that this lets you ignore specific tip amounts.

This can be useful if you're running a tip menu concurrently with Token Keno and you don't want the tip menu amounts to call Keno prizes.
Ignored tip amounts will show up as 'XX' on the Token Keno board, as if they had already been called.
