Full Description

Tip Goal Plus implements the same functionality as the original Tip Goal app but with the following enhancements:
* Greeting and hashtags are separate settings instead of part of the goal description
* Notices are sent to the chat when a goals start and are completed
* Minor changes to the broadcast panel labels including longer formatted usernames (17 characters instead of 12)
* Anonymous tips recorded as 'anonymous user'
