Commands:

//start (start hidden cam session)
//stop (stop hidden cam session)

//time, //t |stop (timer control, input number of mins or stop)
//add, //a (add user to list of approved hidden cam users)
//rem, //r (remove user from list of approved hidden cam users)
//fin, //f [stop] (send session is finished notice every 30 seconds)

//chk, //c (check for a name in list of approved hidden cam users)
//list, //l (show list of approved hidden cam users, only mods
and host can see who tipped.)
//help, //h (list commands)
NOTES: The //list command will display the total number of users with cam
access, if the broadcaster or a moderator uses the command the number of
users who tipped for cam access is also displayed.
Users who tipped for access and are then removed will still be counted in
the 'Tipped for view' total, (it still counts as they cannot recover
tokens during the session).
